What the Fuck?
Mayor Nagin of New Orleans wants to expand gambling in order to bring back tourists. That's right. Instead of focusing on rebuilding infrastructure, compensating families for lost belongings, and get cities service up and running, he is more concerned about tourists. Okay, what kind of moron is he!?!? People come first, tourists come last. SERENITY NOW!!!!! Am I the on person who sees how stupid and wrong he is?

After WWII the first thing the Netherlands government did was to rebuild the Rotterdam Port (the largest in Europe), thus creating jobs and re-create an economy to build dams, housing, roads and bridges.
People in N'awlins has to have something to move back to and if building more Casinos can boost the economy i'll think the mayor is on a right track
